Refund Policy

We want ContenBrain to genuinely help you ship better videos. If it doesn't, we'd rather give your money back than keep it.

30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including simply changing your mind. This applies to first purchases and to renewals.

How to request a refund

Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@contenbrain.online and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal at paddle.net or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

After the 30 days

Beyond the 30-day window we consider refund requests case by case, for example where a renewal was clearly unintended or where the Service was unavailable for an extended period. Write to support@contenbrain.online and we'll look at it fairly.
