Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Vahmine, operator of ContenBrain, handles personal data. Vahmine is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions and requests go to support@contenbrain.online.

1. Data we collect and why

• Account data — name, email address and login credentials, used to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Workspace content — the sources, titles, hooks, scripts, shot lists, uploaded footage and published links you create, used to provide the Service. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Preference data — niche, audience, tone and format answers from onboarding, used to tailor generations. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Usage and telemetry — feature usage, AI token consumption, error logs, device identifiers and IP address, used for security, fraud prevention, billing accuracy and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — the contents of emails you send us, used to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails — sent only where you have opted in or where permitted for existing customers. Legal basis: consent or legitimate interests. You can unsubscribe from every message.

2. AI processing

Prompts and the source material you attach are sent to our AI model providers to generate output for you. We do not use your workspace content to train models. Do not paste sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information into the workspace.

3. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — cloud hosting, database and storage providers, AI model providers, email delivery and error monitoring tools, each acting on our instructions.
• Merchant of Record — Paddle.com, which handles the sale of subscriptions, payments, invoicing, subscription management and tax compliance, and processes your billing data as an independent controller.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal data.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise it within 90 days, except where we must keep records longer to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Logs are typically kept for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Subject to your local law, you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email support@contenbrain.online and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database security scoping each workspace to its owner, and private storage buckets for uploaded footage. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to secure sessions. Checkout pages provided by Paddle may set their own cookies needed to complete a purchase. We do not run advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the Service may not function correctly without the essential ones.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
