Generation is grounded in the sources you attach to the studio. Turn web research off and every suggestion comes only from your own material. You should still fact-check anything you state as fact on camera.

How are AI tokens counted?

Every generation consumes tokens against your monthly allowance, where $1 of AI allowance equals 500,000 tokens. Your dashboard shows how much of the pool remains, and the allowance resets each month.

Generation pauses for the rest of the month, but your studios, scripts and shot lists remain fully editable. Upgrading raises the allowance straight away.
